We have banquet rooms to fit all of your needs. The Cadillac Club

The DeVille Room
This
room has the capacity to seat up to 312 people. The room rental
for the DeVille room is $1,000. Upon booking the DeVille room, a
deposit of $1,000 is required along with a signed contract stating
your
intentions. If you do not require any food for your event, a set-up
fee of $150 will be charged as
well
as a clean up fee of $150. If you order a minimum of $1,000 in food,
the set-up and clean-up fees
will
be waived. There will be an 18% service charge on all food orders,
as well as all open bar functions.
The
Fleetwood Room
This
room has the capacity to seat up to 175 people. The room rental
for the Fleetwood is $600.
Upon
booking the Fleetwood room, a deposit of $600 is required along
with a signed contract stating
your
intentions. If you do not require any food for your event, a set-up
fee of $150 will be charged as
well
as a clean-up fee of $150. There will be an 18% service charge on
all food orders,
as
well as open bar functions.
The
Catera Room
This
room has the capacity to seat up to 125 people. The room rental
for the Catera is $400.
Upon
booking the Catera room, a deposit of $400 is required along with
a signed contract stating
your
intentions. If you do not require any food for your event, a set-up
fee of $150 will be charged as
well as a clean-up fee of $150. There will be an 18% service charge
on all food orders,
as
well as open bar functions.
The
Seville Room
This
room has the capacity to seat up to 35 people. The room rental for
the Seville room is $150.
Upon
booking the Seville room, a deposit of $150 is required along with
a signed contract stating
your
intentions. If you do not require any food for your event, a set-up
charge of $75 will be
implemented
as well as a clean-up charge of $75. If you order a minimum of $500
in food,
the
set-up charge and clean-up
charge will be waived. There will be an 18% service charge
on
all food orders, as
well as all open bar functions.
The
Lounge
This
room is actually not for rent, but is available for small parties.
There is not a charge for this room; therefore, we cannot guarantee
its privacy. This simply means that if need be, we will seat people
in the lounge area that are not affiliated with your party. We try
to avoid this if at all possible. The Lounge is also the only “smoking”
section in the restaurant and we may get some requests to seat other
guests
of the Cadillac Club in there if the space is available.
